I have not stopped reminiscing about our delicious meal at CoreLife Eatery. The build-your-own bowl was fire, along with the three other entrees we ordered. The housemade lemonade selection was huge, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was chill and welcoming.

It was a little overwhelming walking in at first because it was crowded and the line was long. However, we were greeted right away by a nice employee who made sure we knew where the line started and got us a menu. While we waited in line another friendly employee talked to us and gave us suggestions on what to get. The line actually moved really fast and we got our food quickly. Our food was delicious!! And they have so many lemonades and teas to choose from. I had the beet lemonade and it was so good. You could tell everything was fresh. We will definitely be back!

Great way to get a healthy quick meal, whether to go or dine in. Dining area was clean and had a nice layout. There is an outdoor patio for eating outside. Service was friendly.

I just finished dinner with my four-year-old son and we both were very satisfied with the food..extremly fresh and delicious! The sweet potatoes are a great choice for a side, also the drinks are unique and very good, Will be back very soon!

Corelife Eatery was the perfect place for a healthy lunch! I will definitely be eating here again. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed. There are various types of seating inside and then a patio outside. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with quotes about healthy eating that make you excited to have such a healthy meal. Order at the front, watch them make your food, pay for it, and then go find a seat. It’s super easy and simple. I would recommend looking at the menu online first because they have such a large selection. If you don’t have an idea of what you want, you’ll probably hold the line up trying to figure it out. We were lucky to go when it was slow, so there was no one behind us while we were deciding what to order. Corelife Eatery has a huge menu selection so people enjoying different types of diets will have no trouble finding just the right meal for them. I found a vegan broth bowl with shiitake mushrooms and tofu. My boyfriend ordered a kale salad with, I think, a carrot ginger dressing. The broth bowl didn’t come with any grains, but when I asked them to add some quinoa to make it more hearty, it was no problem. All the food is so fresh! As you walk down the line, it’s one beautiful, colorful, fresh food after another. They grated fresh ginger right on to the kale salad! Their lemonade is all sorts of different colors too! I want to go back just to try their other styles of lemonade. We tried the beet lemonade, and the basil cucumber lemonade. Both tasty in their own ways. The prices is comparable to other places with service like theirs. It’s what I would expect from a place like this. So I didn’t take off any stars for that. They cater if you need catering.

First time going, and the food is 100%. I had the Southwest bowl, my daughter had the kale chicken caesar. We both couldn't stop saying how we wish they would open one in Valparaiso. We are definitely visiting again next chance we get, but please CoreLife, come to Valpo!!
